We are proud to be situated at the foot of the new South Downs National park. With easy access to the South Downs Way, we are perfectly positioned for walkers and hikers. Cross the road for a walk to Devils Dyke, nr Brighton.

Nearby picturesque villiages include Steyning and Henfield. Tottington is only a short drive from the city of Brighton.
Brighton – famous lanes, race course, cricket ground, greyhound track, visit the Marina for boat trips, cinema, casinos – wow so much in Brighton – best book a week.
Shoreham Harbour - Shoreham Airport. If shopping’s your bag – try M&S’s flagship store.
Worthing – a great regency sea town with plenty of shops, restaurants, cinema and theatre. Check out the fabulous ‘Dome’ cinema for a real bygone era treat.
Steyning – traditional historic market town
Storrington – a short trip from here to RSPB Bird sanctuary if you feel like a ‘twitch’ – it has a real calming effect, you just have to slow down.
